Jones & Cannon, a professional corporation (the “Firm”), offices in its own building located just north of the Arlington central business district at 440 North Center, Arlington, Texas. The Firm was founded in July of 1980. The Firm is presently comprised of five attorneys.

The Firm is uncompromisingly dedicated to the principle of providing the highest quality legal services available in Dallas-Fort Worth, and providing those services promptly and efficiently.

Although the primary focus of the Firm has been and will remain commercial and corporate in nature, the Firm’s representation is diverse, and includes the following areas of law: banking (including commercial and mortgage lending), construction, litigation, real estate, estate planning, probate, entertainment, municipal, administrative, and zoning. Additionally, the Firm’s real estate and title division provides a wide range of title services, including residential, commercial, and land development, throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The array of services provided to the Firm’s clientele ranges from the representation of a closely-held plastics polymers corporation selling its assets to a New York Stock Exchange company for a price in excess of $50 million to serving as “general counsel” on a pro bono basis to a small minority church in Arlington.
